Financial Aid community is currently in an open comment period for the most
recent Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on the topic of Gainful
Employment. This comment period will end Tuesday, May 27,
2014. Comments may be submitted through the Federal
eRulemaking Portal, located at www.regulations.gov. Comments may also be submitted postal mail,
commercial delivery, or hand delivery. Comments will not be
received via fax or via email, and comments will not be accepted after the
comment period has ended.
